We stand behind the brands we carry and quality of our products and want you to love them as well! We understand everything may not work for you and are here to help.
Items can be returned within 21 days of the delivery date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. Please email alldahldup1@gmail.com to start a return. The credit may then be used to purchase a new item/variant if an exchange is desired. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the return is due to Boutique error. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking. Items must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 30 days, it will not be accepted.
- All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. This also includes site wide sales over 35% or marked final sale.
- Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, gift cards, and all other accessories are final sale or deemed final sale for sanitary safety.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days.
- We, at no cost, are responsible for washed items.
- Original shipping is non refundable if paid.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, dog hair, smoke smell or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost to retrieve the item back.
Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged.
No exceptions outside of our return policy can now be made.
Please note that the store credit will not be issued for shipping fees associated with the purchase (expedited, international, etc.).
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact alldahldup1@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
